As a mechanical and pallet designer , you will be responsible for conceptualizing, and developing mechanical and system for our diverse range of products. Your expertise is ZW CAD 2D/3D and engineering principles will be crucial in creating innovative and optimized designs.
Responsibility:
-Responsible for detailed mechanical and drafting work
-Pallet & Machine Assembly
-To provide technical solution and customer service support
-To assist with ad hoc task from time to time
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Crystal Tools is seeking a skilled and motivated application engineer to join out team. As an application engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer by providing technical expertise and tailored solution for their specific needs. You will collaborate with cross-funtional team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Participate in pallets or jig and fixture machine installation, study, testing, and troubleshooting.
-Execute improvement assemble.
-Analyze test result, understand and troubleshooting, escalate to relevant parties and follow up to ensure on-time closure of issues.
-Continuously assist in improving wiring and programming
Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in computer science, EE Engineering, Science or any other related fields.
-Teamwork
-Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Over state traveling is required if necessary
